🌅 6:30 AM – is that for real? How does the morning pickup work?
We’ll pick you up from your Bali hotel between 6:15 and 6:40 AM (exact time depends on your area). We confirm the exact time one day before the tour via WhatsApp.
Why so early? Because this gets us to Sanur Harbor for the 8:00–8:30 AM fast boat. And that means we arrive on Nusa Penida before most other tourists – so you get the viewpoints with fewer crowds and better photos.
✅ Please be ready in your hotel lobby on time.
🚗 What kind of car will we have on the island? Is it comfortable?
⏱️ Total driving time between attractions is about 3–4 hours, but we never rush you. You decide how long to stay at each place. Want an extra 30 minutes at Kelingking? No problem.
🌊 I get seasick easily. How rough is the fast boat? Is there a toilet on board?
The boat crossing takes about 45 minutes. If the sea is calm, it’s smooth. But sometimes there are waves, and yes, you might feel motion.
🚽 Important: The fast boats do NOT have a toilet. Please use the restroom at Sanur Harbor before boarding.
💊 Our advice: Take a motion sickness tablet (like Dramamine) 1 hour before departure, even if you don’t normally get sick. And sit at the back of the boat – it’s the most stable.
We choose stable, well-maintained boats to make the ride as comfortable as possible.
💧 Do you provide drinking water? What should I bring?
✅ At least 1.5–2 liters of water per person – you’ll be walking and sweating under the tropical sun.
✅ Sunscreen (reef‑safe is best), sunglasses, a hat.
✅ Good walking shoes – the steps down to Kelingking Beach are steep.
✅ Cash in IDR – for entrance fees (around 50k–75k per person), snacks, and souvenirs.
✅ A power bank – you’ll take hundreds of photos.
You can buy cold drinks and coconut water at the viewpoints – but cash is a must.
🌧️ What if it rains or the waves are too high? Do you cancel?
If the harbor authorities cancel all boat departures due to bad weather, we will fully reschedule your tour to any later date – no extra fees.
If you decide to cancel at least 24 hours before the start time, you get a full refund (minus any payment gateway fees).
Cancellations on the same day cannot be refunded – because we’ve already reserved the car, driver, and boat tickets for you.
🌦️ Light rain? The tour still runs. Nusa Penida looks magical in the mist, and viewpoints are less crowded.
🍽️ Is lunch included? Where do we eat?
Typical lunch costs about 60k–120k IDR ($4–8 USD) for a main dish + fresh juice or coconut. Indonesian fried rice (nasi goreng), noodles, and grilled chicken are all great options.
Vegetarian? No problem – just tell your driver.
📸 Which exact places will we visit? How much time at each?
🔹 Kelingking Beach viewpoint – the famous T‑Rex cliff. About 45–60 minutes for photos and enjoying the view (walking down to the beach is optional and takes 45 min each way).
🔹 Angel’s Billabong – natural rock pool. 20–25 minutes.
🔹 Broken Beach – amazing sea arch. 20–30 minutes.
🔹 Crystal Bay – relax, swim, or just enjoy the white sand. 30–40 minutes.
Times are flexible – if you want to stay longer at one spot and skip another, just tell your driver. It’s your private tour.

The most incredible 2 day tour of Nusa Penida. Great service from the time we messaged the team on whatsapp. They also flexed the second day for us so we could watch the sunset over Kelingking beach. Our driver Hery was amazing. He went over and above, came with us to the sites to take photos — driver and personal photographer in one! He really looked after us, knew all the best spots.
Every stop on this private tour was incredible! My wife and I came for our honeymoon and could not have had a better experience. We got to see TRex Beach, Angel's Billabong, Broken Beach and Crystal Beach just as mapped out.
