A deposit of 50% of the total cruise price is required to confirm the booking of a private boat or yacht for the selected date. 
Deposits through third party services are made in any currency equivalent to the stated amount in Indonesian Rupiah.  
Deposits by cash can be made only in Indonesian Rupiah. We are not responsible for the bank charges resulting from the transfer of the payment 
Full payment is due no later than 48 hours prior to the start of the cruise.

Full refund is made in case of inability of the provider to provide the service in full. The term of consideration of the refund: up to 5 calendar days from the date of application.

Cancellation of the tour due to weather conditions is accepted on the basis of official information about weather conditions that prevent the safe conduct of events. Subjective assessment of weather conditions by the participants of the trip cannot be the basis for the decision to carry out or cancel the trip.

No refund or rescheduling will be granted, regardless of the reason for the cancellation, health conditions, incorrect booking date, or the inability of one member of the group to participate in the tour. Requests for changes to a reservation made prior to the scheduled start time of the experience will not be accommodated.

Please note that sightings of manta rays are not guaranteed, as they are wild animals and their behavior is unpredictable.

Additionally, the itinerary may be subject to change by our crew due to weather and sea conditions, such as rain or significant swell. In such cases, an alternative itinerary will be offered.

No refund will be provided if there are no manta rays or if the itinerary is changed due to weather.

This experience is weather dependent and if it's canceled due to unfavorable conditions, alternative dates or a full refund will be provided.
