Registration & Payment
- Registration and booking of departure dates are carried out by paying a down payment of 50% from the total payment.
- DOWN PAYMENT are non-refundable.
- Tour payment is made before departure.
- We cannot process the registration that is not accompanied by a down payment.

Cancellation
- If there is a cancellation made by the customer before the departure date for any reason, the down payment will be forfeited (non-refundable).
- If the cancellation comes from the company, then we will offer a reschedule or refund.

Change
- If you have made a down payment on the date selected, that date cannot be transferred.
- If you have made a down payment on the selected yacht, the boat cannot be changed to another yacht.

- Loss of personal items.
- If the tour equipment is lost by the participant, the cost of replacing the tour equipment is the responsibility of the participant.
